Our technical department, with a know-how based on over 50 years in the business, can guide the customer through the choice of the clamping system that best suits his requirements in terms of economy and efficiency.
Our technicians use up-to-date CAD 3D technology that provides three-dimensional visualization prior to construction and can perform simulated tests under stress in order to check beforehand the effectiveness of the clamping and therefore the suitability of the fixture.

The quality-control team, complying with the regulations of ISO 9001 certification, constantly monitors all phases from design to delivery and is equipped with a new thermostatic chamber housing all measuring instruments including a new 3D numerical control measuring unit.
Besides our production of new clamping devices, we also provide an efficient and cost-effective overhauling service for used chucks, regardless whether supplied by us or manufactured by third party Companies.

The example here illustrated consists in a complete system designed starting from the 2-D drawing of the machine's head and subsequently developed with Solid Works 3-D CAD software. The complexity of the clamping tool required a complicated operating system, capable of high rotating speeds, not yet available on the market.

The solution we developed for our customer consisted of a rear cylinder with high-speed rotating distributor with hydraulic controls for the chuck as well as air piece-detection circuit and cooling system, for a total of 6 ways.
